How to delete your account

The quickest way is in the ipk VPN app: Settings → Delete account. Your account and data are deleted right away.

If you do not have the app at hand, by email:

1. Email support@ipk.one from the address at which you received your access code.
2. Use the subject “Delete account”.
3. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply by email. After that the app will stop connecting — the access code will no longer work.

You can also delete part of your data without deleting the account — for example, disconnect individual devices. Write to the same address and say what to delete.

What is deleted

• your email address and the account itself;
• the access code;
• data of all devices: names, encryption keys, internal addresses;
• active sign-ins to the app and the website.

What is kept after deletion, and for how long

• Sign-in records and the security log — up to 90 days from the time of recording, after which they are deleted automatically.

We never store your browsing history or the content of your traffic — neither before nor after deletion. More details are in the Privacy Policy.
