Terms of Use

1. Subject
I-PLUS KYIV LLC (11 Starytskoho St., Yahotyn, 07701, Ukraine) provides access to the ipk VPN service. By using the service, you accept these terms. The service is intended for persons over 18.
2. Account
Access is granted with an access code that we email to you after your request is approved. Keep the code secret: whoever knows the code can use your access. If the code is lost or has become known to others, write to us — we will replace it, and the previous one will stop working. One account is intended for one person; the number of connected devices depends on the plan (section 3).
3. Plans and payment
Free plan: 10 GB a month at full speed; after that the speed is reduced to 1 Mbit/s until the start of the next month; one device.
The Unlimited plan is a paid monthly or yearly subscription: no traffic limit, up to 5 devices. You subscribe in the Android app through Google Play; Google shows the price in your currency before you pay. Payment is handled by Google under its own terms.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (“Payments & subscriptions”); the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules. We announce price changes in advance; a new price applies from the next period. Deleting your account does not cancel the Google Play subscription — cancel it there.
In your account on the website you can also pay for the Unlimited plan with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) — for one or two years. The account page shows the amount and the wallet address; the plan is switched on once the transfer arrives on the blockchain and does not renew automatically. The sender pays the network fee. Transfers on another network or in another cryptocurrency cannot be credited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- send spam or malware;
- carry out denial-of-service attacks, scan other people’s networks or guess passwords;
- distribute child sexual abuse material;
- break the laws of Ukraine or of the country you are in;
- resell access to third parties without written consent.
Outgoing SMTP (port 25) is blocked technically — this is an anti-spam measure, not a restriction on your email: mail clients work over ports 465 and 587.
5. Response to abuse
We receive complaints from Hetzner and other operators. Upon a substantiated complaint we may suspend the account from whose internal address the traffic originated. In the event of a serious violation — clauses 4.1–4.3 — access is terminated without notice.
6. Availability
We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee a specific level of availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. The service is provided “as is”.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may stop providing the service with at least 30 days’ notice, except in cases of a breach of section 4.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Ukraine unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of your country of residence.
